Jen has over 10 years of experience in higher education, including positions in admissions, registrar, advising, financial aid, and bursar. Prior to higher education, earned a bachelor of arts degree in social work from Ohio University and a master of education degree in adult learning and development from Cleveland State University. She previously worked as a social worker in early intervention. In her spare time, Jen loves reading, traveling, and cooking.
